Stages

Two pathways ensure inclusive participation for international and Indonesian teams.

Pathway A: Organization Partners Pathway

Direct selection for international participants.

Stage	Activity	Description
Phase 1	Administrative Selection	Participants submit personal data and a research abstract (max 250 words). link template
Phase 2	Abstract and Video Review	The committee reviews the abstract and video based on feasibility and originality.
Phase 3	International Grand Final	Qualified teams receive an LoA and proceed directly to the offline Grand Final in Indonesia.

Stage	Level	Activity & Requirement
Phase 1	Regional Selection / Seleksi Wilayah	Video Pitching: Judges evaluate a max 1-minute pitching video based on the problem, hypothesis, testing, and project overview. Winners qualify for the international stage.
Phase 2	National Selection / Seleksi Nasional	Abstract Submission: Judges review administrative compliance and research ideas. Strict plagiarism check is applied.
Phase 3	International Grand Final	Offline Exhibition: The best Indonesian teams from National Selection advance to compete with international participants in the Grand Final.

Since the project might still be in progress, the video should focus on the Project Plan & Prediction.

Duration: Maximum 1 minute.
Presenter: Can be represented by the Team Leader only (or whole team).
Language: English.
Content must include:
1. Project Title & Category.
2. Problem Statement: What problem are you trying to solve?
3. Proposed Solution: What are you going to build or research?
4. Predicted Result: What is the expected outcome or impact of your project?
