Registration is free. But participants are required to pay an accommodation fee upon passing the administrative review (Phase I and II) and being invited to the Grand Final. The fees are as follows:

• Certificate for participants and mentors

Once selected for the Grand Final, participants will receive an email containing:

1. 2.1. Letter of Acceptance
   2.2. Payment details, or invoice for payments including bank transfer instructions or online payment methods
   2.3. A deadline for completing payment

1. 3.1. Payments must be made by the specified deadline.Failure to pay by the deadline will result in disqualification.
   3.2. Payment receipts must be submitted via website
   3.3. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
